Balazs Explains Hotel Refinancing

David Foxley, on our sister blog The Daily Transom, talks to Andre Balazs about the recent news of his refinancing of four hotels, including the QT in Times Square. Turns out it's not that big a deal. Sayeth Mr. Balazs: "We do it all the time."
