Martinez on Hillary's Harlem Win
City Councilman Miguel Martinez was one of the politicians who helped deliver Hillary Clinton's February 5 primary win in Harlem, which looked far from a sure thing beforehand, despite the support she had from much of the political establishment in the district.
Yesterday at City Hall, Martinez talked about what happened, and then told me what he'll do after his City Council term ends.

Look at the map in the Times. She did win Charlie Rangel's district, but she won it by winning everywhere but Harlem (El Barrio, Washington Heights, Inwood, and the Upper West Side).
