Nevada Judge Rules Against MSNBC: Kucinich Must Participate in Tonight's Debate

I can understand MSNBC's point of view when I look at the results of the last two primaries and the national polls.

Unfortunately for Melinda, Kucinich's views have nothing to do with him participating in the debate or not. It has to do with the numbers.

Unfortunately for Rob, this is America and the numbers that matter are the ones *this* November. However, Brian Williams and NBC are so vested in their own swollen egos that they only care about the number of viewers tonight. The thing you really need to understand about MSNBC's point of view, Rob, is that MSNBC shouldn't have one.

Kucinich is a democratic candidate for President of the US. Last time I checked, he has not dropped out. He is a choice for Nevadans, is he not? Then I as a voter have a right to see him in a debate with the other candidates... Or do I need NBC to pre-empt this rather important stage in the democratic process... so NBC can cast on my behalf... Mr. Kucinich met NBC's criteria for inclusion...rather an inconvenience to them since they thought they have all but cast our votes for us. MSNBC's number of viewers will only INCREASE if Kucinich is included and they know that. THEY have seen the guy in action. If I were M$nbc, I would be scared too. THEN it WILL be about NUMBER$.... As an American, I am growing frightened at the prospect of us having no more voice than a flock of sheep.

I think someone should organize a boycott of ALL their sponsors. Maybe Move-On? What else do you NOT know?

Do you know that at 5:20 p.m. on September 11, 2001, a THIRD skyscraper, which was not hit by a plane and sustained minor structural damage/fire, collapsed into its own footprint at free-fall speed? Do you know that the “official” investigation (by NIST) has never been completed for WTC 7? Do you know that NIST has stated that their official investigation did not include global collapses for both towers (I have a letter from NIST).

Architects, scientists, and engineers have MANY legitimate questions, and most of the population is unaware. As a scientist, I have evaluated the evidence myself, and something is terribly wrong the way we get our information. Please let me know if you knew about building 7.

Some of the people I have educated say “yes, it was obviously demolished – so what”. So…it takes weeks to wire a building, and this happened only hours after the initial attacks. We need brave leaders to stand up for us. Do you care about this Nation and our future? Nearly a million have been killed because of this event, and our constitutional rights are being taken away. Edward S. Munyak, MS, PE, has over 20 years experience as a Fire Protection Engineer for the U.S. Departments of Energy, Defense, and Veterans Affairs.

Mr. Munyak wrote, "We will find that the ...concentric nearly freefall speed exhibited by each building was identical to most controlled demolitions. The official reports had many technical distortions...in arriving at a flawed, politically-driven conclusion of building performance."

Dwain Deets, MS, former Director, Aerospace Projects at NASA's Dryden Flight Research Center, wrote "The many visual images (massive structural members being hurled horizontally, huge pyroclastic clouds, etc.) leave no doubt in my mind explosives were involved [in the destruction of the World Trade Center]."

Mr. Deets also is the recipient of the NASA Exceptional Service Award and the Presidential Meritorious Rank Award in the Senior Executive Service (1988). He served at NASA for 37 years.

Another prominent skeptic of the official account of 9/11 is James Quintiere, PhD, former Chief of the Fire Science Division of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), who has publicly called for an independent review of NIST's investigation into the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers on 9/11.

Dr. Quintiere made his plea at the 2007 World Fire Safety Conference. "I wish that there would be a peer review of this," he said [4], referring to the NIST investigation.

Another senior Federal engineer who questions the official account of 9/11 is Enver Masud, MS, PE, former Chief of the Strategic and Emergency Planning Branch, U.S. Department of Energy. Prior to his employment by the DOE, he served as Director of the Office of Engineering at the Public Service Commission in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Masud wrote, "The 9/11 Commission Report is fatally flawed. The major conclusions of the 9/11 Commission Report -- the official, conspiracy theory -- are false.

Fred Burks, former Presidential interpreter, is another State Department veteran who questions the official account of 9/11 and who signed the petition to reinvestigate. “How is it possible that our military's highly touted missile detection systems could not locate Flight 77 in the 42 minutes it was known to be lost before it crashed into the heart of the defense system of the U.S.?,” he asked in an essay.

During his 18-year State Department career, Mr. Burks served as interpreter for Presidents George W. Bush and Bill Clinton, Vice Presidents Dick Cheney and Al Gore, Secretaries of State Colin Powell and Madeleine Albright and many others.

Mr. Burks continued, “An even bigger question is why isn't our media asking these questions? Why isn't our military spending many millions of dollars to find out why military defense systems failed on 9/11? Why is it that the 9/11 commission budget was far less than the budget allotted to the Challenger Disaster or even the Monika Lewinsky affair? Why aren't we, the public, asking these questions and demanding answers?”

Melvin Goodman, PhD, is another former State Department employee who signed the petition to reinvestigate 9/11. He served as a Senior Analyst at the State Department’s Bureau of Intelligence and Research. Dr. Goodman also later served as Division Chief of the CIA’s Office of Soviet Affairs and as Professor of International Security at the National War College, 1986 - 2004.

In testimony before a 2005 Congressional briefing on the 9/11 Commission Report, Dr. Goodman said, “I want to talk about the [9/11] Commission itself, about the flawed process of the Commission and finally about the conflict of interest within the Commission that is extremely important to understand the failure of the Commission. … The final report is ultimately a coverup. I don't know how else to describe it.”

Dr. Goodman is currently Senior Fellow at the Center for International Policy and Adjunct Professor of Government at Johns Hopkins University.

Another former career Foreign Service Officer who questions the official account of 9/11 is Michael Springmann. In a speech at the National Press Club, Mr. Springmann said, “I used to be in charge of the visa section at the CIA's Consulate in Jeddah. ... There for a year and a half I issued visas to terrorists recruited by the CIA and its asset Osama Bin Laden. ... Fifteen of the nineteen people who allegedly flew airplanes into buildings in the United States got their visas from the same CIA Consulate at Jeddah.” In a later interview with the BBC, Mr. Springmann said, “In Saudi Arabia I was repeatedly ordered by high level State Dept officials to issue visas to unqualified applicants. These were, essentially, people who had no ties either to Saudi Arabia or to their own country. I complained bitterly at the time there. I returned to the US, I complained to the State Dept here, to the General Accounting Office, to the Bureau of Diplomatic Security and to the Inspector General's office. I was met with silence. ... What I was protesting was, in reality, an effort to bring recruits, rounded up by Osama Bin Laden, to the US for terrorist training by the CIA. They would then be returned to Afghanistan to fight against the then-Soviets.”

WHAT on earth does this say about the state of our democracy??! MSNBC will jam filth and hate down our throats, without hesitation, infotaining us to DEATH with the crap-de-jour. But, what of their service to the public?

When a qualified candidate like Dennis Kucinich who DID and DOES meet the criteria isn't allowed to be witnessed by the AMERICAN people on their PUBLIC airwaves in an AMERICAN DEMOCRATIC DEBATE... What does this say about MSNBC's agenda?

When that candidate is forced to get a court order just to be fairly and rightfully heard...By law! What does this tell us about the state of our Democracy?

Thank you MSNBC. You have solidified my vote for Dennis Kucinich. I will pay undivided attention to His campaign, donate my time and money to see justice done. For his voice and message is long overdue to be heard.
