Yes, he might be the editor of Runner's World, but David Willey is having quite a moment this week. On Wednesday he was enshrined as the new president of ASME, last night he won an Ellie for runnersworld.com, and Rachel Sklar thinks he's a major league hottie.

And she's not the only one! At a Wednesday luncheon for ASME, Brian Williams leaned over to Glamour editor Cindi Leive and crooned, "His eyes match his tie."
