Absolutely right that this fight wasn't about Tom DiNapoli but a stand by Spitzer on who should be controlling Albany. It's sad that, in the process, he did cast a negative pall on Tom's ability to do the job. He is an exemplary individual who is absolutely a class act and is certainly deserving of this position. He proves that you can get a lot done with a smile and some mutual respect. He has long deserved a position of high visibility in which he can play a leading role in the resusitation of NY after the Pataki years!
