My family and I welcome Tishman Speyer. We have been living here for 15 year, probably "average" for those here decades and those here since "market value rents." We can only hope that Tishman keeps the honor and dignity of PC/ST and our children (we have 10 year old twins) and their friends have the "only" sense of community and being part of a neighborhood, left in Manhattan.
