Such a bizarre story! I would have never have thought such violence could occur in that part of the community. Asian restaurants are always very Zen like and peaceful! I’m glad the lady who had her card stolen could stop him being able to use it. This happened to me once but I called the credit card company before any of the money could be stolen!
