Wow, Rex...you are really off your game. Say what you will about Caine's performance (although you seem to be in the minority about your assessment of it). But your quote about Caine's "confession" is dead wrong. We can agree Caine made a lot of films for the money years ago. However, in recent years he has expressed in interviews that he doesn't do it for the money anymore (now that he has a lot of it) and he's only accepting roles that actually interest him.
You are claiming he has said the exact opposite. And I think you should apologize to him and your readers. At the very least what you have said is misleading.
