The law is blind and if it is found that it is a violation of campaign fundraising law to have a non-citizen raise money for your campaign then the Clinton Campaign should return the money or donate it to Elton's prestigious AIDS fund. The scrutiny is warranted because non-citizens shouldn't be influencing the decisions of the American People. It is un-American to the root.
