Of course City Councilman Domenic Recchia hasn't commented yet. He has a handler now. Mr. Recchia can't & won't say or do anything with an OK from him. His handler is trying to re-invent, re-package, Mr. Recchia. Unfortunately for his handler he has his work cut out for himself. Mr. Recchia is not Congressional Material. No matter who Mr. Recchia gathers around himself with, whether it's Cong. Nadler or Councilman McMahon, Vito Lopez, whoever, Mr. Recchia just isn't polished enough or smart enough to make the grade. He has to be told what to do & when to do it.
