Elsewhere: Jeanine Pirro

Tom Golisano returns.

So do some Swift Boat tactics.

But the Republican convention doesn't.

And picturedto the right is Jeanine Pirro, whose press conference about her husband's infidelity, her venting to Bernie Kerik, and the fed's probe into the whole thing...is here.

Reality Check (not verified) says:

Looks like the "personal matter" may have involved some potential law breaking. The bottom line: Would New Yorker's wish to vote for an attorney general tainted with the aura of scandal? The tapes also display her unflattering personality. The only "boat" reference applicable here is if the Republican Party moneywigs will continue to fund her sinking ship.

Talking about taping someone, but not taping anyone, is a crime? According to whom, the Mind Police? Now leaking sealing wiretape recordings -- THAT'S a crime!

I wonder how pissed off the people are who gave her $750,000 yesterday.

are you kidding? (not verified) says:

Will someone please tell me why Andrew Cuomo got off so easy with the Farkas scandal? Clearly, Andrew Cuomo is not the brightest apple (not to say that Pirro is either), but there are more serious considerations with this race. The NYS AG is a very powerful position and should not be used firstly as a stepping stone for Governor. New Yorkers need someone who has the knowledge and experience to handle the AG office. It is really sad that we have to choose between these two horrible candidates.

Lets investigate her plastic surgery. What is she really hiding?

A wife may have bugged her husband over suspected infidelity. Happensu every day and often comes out in divorce proceedings, but no one is ever prosecuted. 6 law enforcement agencies investigate, 2 senior AUSAs are assigned, FBI agents accost the woman at night and transcripts are provided to "defense attorneys". Why not just give the tape directly to the media - nice timing as well.

I am no fan of Jeanine but you have to pity the woman for living with this scoundrel/sleazebag MFer who should have been in prison.

Even with her expensive house, cars, clothes, botox, etc., staying with him just aint worth it.

Why doesn't anyone just come out and say it -- Jeanine Pirro and Bernie Kerik are two fellow RepubliKKKan PIGS who work for mobbed-up greaseball guineas, and that they're two peas in a pod?
