I wonder how many other real estate projects are being funded by the middle class, who are escaping the greater NYC area in droves because of high taxes, that only benefits NYC real estate moguls.
The mayor and the real estate industry should be investigated about these taxpayer funded schemes that are only helping the wealthy real estate developers in a market of high foreclosures and declining property values, on the backs of struggling taxpayers.
