9:30 a.m. Former Mayor Rudy Giuliani rings the NASDAQ opening bell and receives an endorsement for his presidential election at the NASDAQ MarketSite, 4 Times Square.

9:30 a.m. The Metropolitan Transportation Authority will hold a board meeting at 347 Madison Avenue.

11 a.m. The Brooklyn District Attorney Charles J. Hynes honors women achievers at a Women's History Month luncheon at Brooklyn District Attorney's boardroom, 350 Jay Street.

Noon. Council Members will announce a resolution calling on the NYC Department of Education to postpone school reorganization on the City Hall steps.

12:20 p.m. Kazakhstan Deputy Permanent Representative to U.N., Barlybay Sadykov, will deliver a lecture on Kazakhstan at St. Francis College, 180 Remsen Street in Brooklyn Heights.

6:30 p.m. The New York State Young Democrats will hold a panel discussion titled "Women, Politics & Opportunity: Where Are We Going?" at the headquarters of the United Federation of Teachers, 52 Broadway near Exchange Place.

6:30 p.m. Cheryl David, President of the American Immigration law Association, will speak at the Knickerbocker Republican Club reception at the home of Maureen and Jack Hanley, 180 Riverside Boulevard.

7 p.m. The New York Young Republican Club will have its Spring Social from in the upstairs lounge of The Fat Black Pussy Cat, 130 West 3rd Street between 6th Avenue and MacDougal.

8 p.m. Patrick West of the Sierra Club and the Climate Project will give a slide presentation that updates Al Gore's documentary "An Inconvenient Truth" during the Queens County Young Democrats and Democrats for New Politics joint meeting at the Berenson Family Chabad Community Center, 212-12 26th Avenue in Bayside.

8 p.m. Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz and Councilmember David Yassky will speak at the Stonewall Democrats of New York City meeting at the LGBT Center, 208 West 13th Street between 7th and Greenwich avenues.
