Manhattanville Sues for Information

West Harlem business owners opposed to Columbia University's proposed expansion have sued the Empire State Development Corporation to get information over the planned use of eminent domain, the Columbia Spectator reports. What makes this special, apparently, is that the group had received similar information in the past without all of this fuss. Of course, maybe the state economic development agency learned from the last time that it released information like that. UPDATE: Curbed has an internal memo stating that Columbia's B-school would be part of the first wave of gentrification under the university's expansion. - Matthew Schuerman
