For a blogger, it's a steeper climb. "If they work for a newspaper they can submit now, but some of their work has to be published in a newspaper."

Anyway, these are the best times ever for print journalists anyway, right? "There's gloomy talk, but the jurors were inspired by what they saw. It reminded them there is a lot of good work going on. In many ways I think this is the golden age of journalism."
