This invitation to Jim Genarro’s Dec. 4 fund-raiser is the first piece of literature I’ve seen in a while in which a Democrat is advertising an association with the governor.

Also featured on the invitation are Joe Crowley, Christine Quinn and Malcolm Smith.

Genarro is raising money for a possible race for state Senate against Frank Padavan, the Republicans' go-to guy in the city.

Tony Avella wants to end "goat tying" and "horse-tripping."

He would also prohibit the resale of undergarments, which is "certainly repugnant to general standards of hygiene and responsibility."

James Genarro plans to add the birthdays of Lord Krishna and Lord Buddha to the no-alternate-side-parking list.
