Chetrit Goes To The Jersey Shore
New York landlord Joseph Chetrit has invaded New Jersey. The Star-Ledger brings us news that Chetrit has purchased the Berkeley-Carteret Hotel on the Jersey Shore in Asbury Park.
Chetrit paid $16 million for the hotel, with a re-opening planned for summer.
