Spoiler Alert! Cynthia Nixon Spills Some Sex Beans
(You have been forewarned ... ) Cynthia Nixon is sharing some details of the closely guarded Sex and The City movie plot. One of the characters is going to die! (dun dun dun!). "There's a loss that happens that's pretty tough," Ms. Nixon said, according to the Sydney Morning Herald. "Something significant happens to Carrie, and it really forces her to ask questions that you have to ask about yourself." We'll have to wait until May 30 to find out who gets killed off, but we're taking bets on Mr. Big dying and coming back to life in some kind of Bold and the Beautiful-type fashion.
Cynthia Nixon is Distracted After SATC Movie
After the release of the Sex and the City movie on May 30 this year, Cynthia Nixon will trade her role as the quick-tongued lawyer Miranda for a much more humble lady in Lisa Loomer's play Distracted, to be staged by the Roundabout Theater Company. According to Variety, Ms. Nixon will play a mother struggling to learn whether or not her son has attention deficit disorder. The play premiered last year in Los Angeles but will make its debut in New York next year.

Miranda Hobbes Gets a New Landlord
The Parc Lincoln building at 164 West 75th Street has traded hands for $32.8 million, or $400 a square foot. The Upper West Side tower has 214 apartments, one of which is rented by Cynthia Nixon, who played the dependably career-minded Miranda Hobbes on HBO's Sex and the City. The prewar building's ground-floor space is occupied by the restaurant Cesca, where Yoko Ono has a private table, according to Adelaide Polsinelli, who brokered the sale for the landlord along with her Besen & Associates colleague Amit Doshi.
The landlord was Margules & Associates, and the buyer is listed only as 164 West 75th Street LLC.
Interesting factoid: 100 of the building's apartments are rented for less than $500 a month. No word on whether Ms. Nixon is getting such a deal.
Friends of Hillary, Friends of Jerry
The bold-faced names are coming out for two Democrats: Hillary Clinton and... Jerrold Nadler.
Christina Aguilera is going to be performing at a June 7 fund-raiser for Hillary that's being organized by Ron Burkle and Harvey Weinstein, among others, at Capitale on Grand Street.
And tonight, Julianne Moore and Cynthia Nixon will be at the Hudson Theatre to honor Nadler for his 30th year of public service and his 60th birthday.
Also expected to be there, according to the invitation, are Eliot Spitzer, Andrew Cuomo and John Conyers, who chairs the House Committee on the Judiciary.
